How does Shen Yun handle injuries to performers?
Our dancers receive medical treatment if injured, which includes surgery and physical therapy. A physician comes to our training center at least once a week. Doctors who have regularly treated Shen Yun performers have publicly stated that claims to the contrary are “ridiculous” and “insulting.” Our dancers have also discussed their injury experiences and how the company helped arrange treatment and was very supportive throughout their recovery.
